From now on, staying at dachas is prohibited from October 1st to March 31st. From April to September, owners are allowed to stay on their property for a maximum of 180 days per year, with permanent residence being strictly prohibited.
If these requirements are not met, temporary presence at the dacha is not allowed.
There are separate rules for country houses. Permanent residence in houses not intended for winter use is also prohibited. For year-round living, the property must have functioning heating, water supply, and sewage systems that can operate during the winter.
Non-compliance with the new requirements may result in fines. For example, fines ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles can be imposed for staying at the dacha during prohibited periods or for the absence of communication means. Violations of fire safety regulations can result in fines up to 20,000 rubles, and if a violation leads to a fire, fines can range from 40,000 to 50,000 rubles.
The main goal of these changes is to improve living conditions and ensure safety in country houses and dachas. It is important to pay attention to the new rules and comply with them to avoid fines and other consequences.
