The refurbishment, overseen by the renowned David Collins Studio and guided by the vision of owner Laurence Graff OBE, has transformed the estate into an even more luxurious destination. The Estate now boasts 16 luxurious lodges, an Owner's Villa, a tranquil spa, and a Japanese restaurant called HŌSEKI.
The interiors of Delaire Graff Estate have been reimagined and refined while still honoring the original ethos and spirit. The renowned David Collins Studio has created elegant and contemporary spaces that exude warmth and personality. The lodges feature expansive wet bars, custom furniture, and decorative lighting, including chandeliers by Alexandre Logé. Locally crafted dining and coffee tables, upholstered armchairs, and hand-knotted wool and silk rugs add to the beauty of the interiors.
The living spaces are adorned with dark timber floors and colorful accents inspired by traditional South African prints. The bedrooms feature patterned fabrics, decorative wall sconces, and a warm ambiance. The spaces are further enhanced by the iconic art installation, Swallows in Flight, which adds cultural significance to the interiors.
One of the highlights of Delaire Graff Estate is the wine tasting experience exclusively available to lodge guests. Surrounded by hand-carved timber walls, guests have the opportunity to sample a collection of exceptional wines grown and crafted on the estate itself.
